Eligibility

Subscriptions must be purchased by an adult who is at least 18 years of age.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized purchaser for the child receiving the subscription.
 

Subscription Service

Animal Friend Adventure Mail is offered as a recurring monthly subscription priced at $7.99 USD per month.

Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled before your next renewal date.

Your subscription includes:

• A personalized letter from your child's chosen animal friend

• Stories and adventures

• Educational facts

• Activities and collectibles

• Surprise content that may vary from month to month

Contents may change periodically as we continue to grow and improve the experience.
 

Billing & Payments

By subscribing, you authorize Animal Friend Adventure Mail to charge your selected payment method for the recurring monthly subscription fee until your subscription is canceled.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or cancel your subscription until payment is successfully received.

Prices are subject to change. If pricing changes, existing subscribers will be notified before the new pricing takes effect.
 

Shipping & Mailing Schedule

As a small family-owned business, all subscription mail is currently prepared and mailed at the end of each month.

Delivery times vary based on USPS or your local postal service and are outside of our control.

As our business grows, we hope to offer additional mailing date options in the future.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Animal Friend Adventure Mail is not responsible for shipments delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If your mailing address changes, please contact us before the next billing cycle so we can update your subscription.
 

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at:

Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. Any subscription that has already been processed for that month's mailing cannot be canceled or refunded.
 

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and printed nature of our subscription products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Monthly subscription charges already processed

• Personalized mail already created or mailed

• Delayed delivery caused by the postal service

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your order, please contact us. We will do our best to provide a fair resolution.
 

Lost or Missing Mail

If your monthly Adventure Mail does not arrive within a reasonable delivery timeframe, please contact us.

While we cannot guarantee replacement of items lost by the postal service, we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution whenever possible.

Customers may provide personalization information, including a child's first name and chosen animal name.
